We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delivery timelines may vary based on location, product availability, and courier conditions.

• Free delivery is available on orders above ₹499.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Delivery is subject to the availability of courier services in your area.
• You will receive an SMS/WhatsApp notification once your order is shipped.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or courier partner issues.
• If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
