Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) must be provided.
  • Item must not fall under the non-returnable categories listed below.

Items returned after 7 days from the delivery date, or items that do not meet the above conditions, will not be accepted for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Grocery & perishable food items
  • Undergarments, innerwear, and swimwear
  • Personal care & beauty products (once opened)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Items on clearance or flash sale (marked final sale)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to request a return:

Contact Us

Reach out via WhatsApp (+91 7686922097) or email (sha.aziz7@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery. Mention your Order ID and reason for return.

Share Photos / Video

Send clear photos or a short video of the item showing any defect, damage, or issue. This helps us process your return faster.

Approval & Pickup Arrangement

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address or guide you on how to ship the item back.

Refund / Replacement

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 5–7 business days.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund is credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

We take quality control seriously. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send photos/video evidence of the damaged or wrong item.
  • We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or full refund.
  • No return shipping charges will be applicable in such cases.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong size/color. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days with your order details and we will arrange it at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.
