Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these conditions:

  • Returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • Valid Order ID or proof of purchase is provided.
  • Item does not fall under the non-returnable category below.

Items returned after 7 days or without original packaging may not be accepted. Please contact us before shipping anything back.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Grocery & perishable food items
  • Undergarments, innerwear & swimwear
  • Opened personal care or beauty products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Digital goods or gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale or on Flash Sale clearance

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us Within 7 Days

Send Photos or Video

Share clear images or a short video of the item showing any defect, damage, or issue. This speeds up the process.

Get Return Approval

Once approved, we'll arrange a free pickup from your address or guide you on how to send the item back to us.

Receive Refund or Replacement

After inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, or a replacement will be dispatched.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, here's the refund timeline:

  • Refund is credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank, wallet, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos/video of the damaged or wrong item.
  • We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or full refund.
  • No return shipping cost will be charged in such cases.

We take full responsibility for damaged or incorrect orders. You will never be charged for our mistakes.

Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size received (for fashion and footwear items).
  • Wrong color or variant delivered.
  • Defective or damaged item.

Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return an item bought during a sale?
Items marked as "Final Sale" or part of a flash clearance sale are not eligible for return or refund. Regular sale/discounted items are still eligible within 7 days.
How will I receive my refund if I paid by Cash on Delivery?
For COD orders, refunds are processed via UPI transfer or direct bank transfer. We will collect your bank/UPI details after your return is approved.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
No. For approved returns, we arrange a free pickup from your delivery address. You will never need to pay for return shipping.
What if my return request is rejected?
If your return is rejected (e.g., item is not in original condition or past 7 days), we will notify you via WhatsApp or email with the reason. You may contact our support team to discuss further.
Can I return only part of my order?
Yes, you can return individual items from an order. Each item is evaluated separately based on our return eligibility criteria.
